*SHIPPING POLICY*

1) Indiannosering.com will take "Full Responsibility" of your Order, if the Order has not been received or delivered to you except wrong address provided by you(the buyer) . In that case no issue should be created/raised by the buyer. After some time if the packet is reverted back to the seller due to the wrong address provide by the buyer, we will Reship the Order only if the buyer will pay the shipping charges for the parcel.

2) Order can some times take more days than recommended  to deliver in case  of any festival seasons, natural calamities, flight delays or international conflicts.

3) Indiannosering.com shall not entertain any complaints after 1 days, once the order is delivered at the address.

*REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY*

Our main aim is to satisfy our customers needs. But in case, after all our efforts, the customers feel dissatisfied or not satisfied with the product , we can send a replace for some pieces of jewelry or refund back the money, provided that the reasons are genuine. Please read the description carefully before buying any product, it provides all the details about the product you purchase.

* Order cancel request can only be applied within two(2) hours after order is placed, after two hours, no action of order cancellation will be taken.

* Any request to make changes in the order is welcomed within twelve hours after payment is placed.

* If you are not satisfied with our service/product you can ask for refund based on the  genuine reason given by you [customer] within 5 days after order is delivered.

*SHIPPING COMPANIES*

* We ship our parcels through DHL EXPRESS, DHL ECOM, INDIA POST, FEDEX.

* The information about the shipping charges will be given while placing the order as shipping charges fluctuate, the average price we charge for express shipping is 35-40 USD depending upon the country in which product to be shipped.
